The privately-held company consists of more than 450 wholesaling corporations in which WinWholesale is an equity partner, and also Noland Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary. Credit Management

Wholesalers Credit Management Services provides professional credit management to the WinWholesale Local Companies and Noland Company branches. Our goals are to provide credit and collections tools and services to our internal customers at an effective cost, while helping them maximize sales through use of sound credit practices.  For WinWholesale Local Companies, support is provided at varying levels of service and cost, depending on the level requested by the Local Company’s board of directors.

The following services are available:

·         Initial and follow-up credit investigations

·         Collection activity on past due accounts and NSF checks

·         Job account set up, preliminary notices, lien filing and release, bond claims

·         Negotiation and management of payment plans

·         Outsourcing of collection activities when appropriate

·         Management of legal services as required by collection litigation

·         Bankruptcy management

·         Ongoing training of and consultation with Winwholesale Local Companies  and Noland Branches on prudent credit principles
